About us

What is Coaching Support?

Coaching Support is a tool you can use in any industry to optimize the guidance and (work) enjoyment of employees or members within your organization.

Through carefully constructed questionnaires, specific goals within the organization are monitored. This provides valuable insights into the current situation within the organization, association or club.

With these insights, an organization can take targeted action to improve the work environment and employee well-being, leading to increased job satisfaction and performance.

How did Coaching Support come to be?
True story: a student suddenly threw in the towel almost at the end of her course. The cause? Difficult cooperation with the counselor and partly because of that, not feeling at home in the school. No one saw it coming.

This was an unpleasant situation for all parties. For the lateral entrant who had invested in a career change. For the duo-colleague and the elementary school coach who had put effort and time into the guidance and for the school that lost a potentially good colleague.

Retaining an employee is very important, Especially at a time when finding new employees is difficult.
How does Coaching Support help?
Within the tool, you can pair employees or members of an organization with an immediate colleague, teammate, coach or team leader. In addition, both parties are paired with a coach or confidant, who acts as a supervisor during the coaching process. Periodically, both receive the same questions from Coaching Support, such as how their collaboration is going. They answer these questions separately from each other. This can be done quickly and easily, for example by means of a rating or a number of stars. Optionally, a message can be sent to the coach or confidant.

The answers are analyzed by the software, followed by advice or additional information. In some cases, both parties receive follow-up questions to further clarify the situation. Because the answers are not shared with each other, each person can answer the questions honestly and as they see fit, without pressure from the other. This helps avoid socially desirable answers and quickly identify any cooperation problems. Thus, mutual communication can be effectively improved and work, sports or hobby enjoyment is optimized.
