Privacy Statement
This is the privacy statement of Coaching Support and its underlying labels. In this statement, we explain how we handle the personal data we obtain from you during our interactions. Coaching Support acts in accordance with the provisions of the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data collected
We are committed to protecting your data. We need certain personal data in order to provide our services to you. Coaching Support processes this data because you use our services and/or provide it to us yourself. The data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing and billing for our services;
  • Handling your orders and informing you of progress;
  • Taking steps to improve our services and provide information or offers.

Minors
Coaching Support does not intend to collect information from individuals under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not offer services to minors. We advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data without parental consent. If you suspect that we have collected personal data from a minor without consent, please contact us so that we can delete this data.

Security
For data transmission, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security system with 128/256-bit encryption. This technology offers a high level of security and is also used, for example, by banks for online banking. All payment methods we offer are comprehensively secured according to this standard. You can recognize that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.

Data from website visits
During your visit to our website, we receive data, such as through cookies. We use this data to better understand our customers and better tailor our services and website to your preferences. We use Google Analytics to analyze site performance and measure the effectiveness of traffic sources. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so or if third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no control over this. We have not allowed Google to use the information obtained through Analytics for other Google services. The information collected by Google is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is explicitly not included.

Our websites contain buttons to promote ("like") or share ("tweet") pages on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. Data retention period
When your service with us ends, we retain certain data based on legal retention periods. Data that is no longer needed is deleted. Upon expiration of the statutory retention period, we destroy all data.

Sharing with third parties
Coaching Support only provides your data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you, you have been informed, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Your privacy rights
You have the right to access your personal data (Article 15 of the AVG) and the right to request correction or deletion of your data (Article 16 of the AVG). If you want to know what personal data Coaching Support processes about you, you can submit a written request for inspection. Coaching Support will process your request within four weeks.

If it appears that your information is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you may make an additional request to correct or supplement that information.

This privacy statement is subject to change. This will only occur if there are new or additional legal requirements. Coaching Support strives to comply with the law and expressly does not wish to misuse your data. Any changes will be announced on this page.
